About Kelsey Dodds

Kelsey Dodds practices out of the firm’s Vancouver office, where she assists clients in the areas of divorce, child custody, child support, relocation, and domestic violence matters.

Kelsey has been praised by colleagues for her strong courtroom demeanor and talent for litigation. Her clients benefit from her natural ability to remain level-headed in difficult situations, as well as her highly organized and methodical approach to managing their cases.

“I take pride in being a lifeline for my clients and getting them to a position where they feel confident in their case instead of lost.”

Kelsey has been drawn to litigation since she was an undergraduate and interned at the Kitsap County Juvenile and Family Court. This experience ignited her interest in pursuing a career in which she could help families in crisis.

While in law school at Willamette, she served as a law clerk for the Oregon Department of Justice in the Child Advocacy Section and as a legal intern at Willamette University’s Child and Family Advocacy Clinic. She placed among the finalists in three separate competitions on Willamette University’s Moot Court Board.

Born and raised in Washington State, Kelsey grew up in Gig Harbor and now calls Vancouver home. She spends her free time playing volleyball and golf and trying to wear out her frisbee-obsessed Border Collie mix, Lua.
