Pia Bloom is an experienced, strategic negotiator with a critical eye for
matching superior skills with our firm culture. She focuses on hiring
both Partners and Associates.
Pia honed her legal and analytical skills working as a lobbyist for several
elected officials in New York. Passionate about labor and employment law,
she graduated from the University of Washington School of Law and began
her legal career in human resources, where she provided executive HR leadership
and legal oversight for a multi-million dollar local Seattle company.
Seeking new challenges, Pia segued into legal consulting, providing guidance
and direction to Washington attorneys facing challenging civil trials.
As Managing Director for a local boutique legal consulting firm, she worked
with and consulted on all aspects of recruitment and legal employment matters.
Having grown up in Northern Africa and Europe, Pia immigrated to the States
and speaks several languages. Her love of travel has allowed her to travel
throughout several continents, and she has every intention of retiring
in Sydney after she opens a McKinley Irvin office there.
