Kathy Root added to Oregon Super Lawyers® 2011 List
PORTLAND — McKinley Irvin, one of the Pacific Northwest’s largest law firms focused exclusively on divorce and family law, announced today that partner in charge Kathryn Smith Root has been named to the 2011 Oregon Super Lawyers list.
The annual Oregon Super Lawyers list is a rating service of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. No more than 5 percent of the lawyers in Oregon State are selected by Super Lawyers.
This is the second time that Ms. Root has been included in Oregon Super Lawyers. Named partner in charge of the new McKinley Irvin Portland office in January 2011, Ms. Root leads the firm’s family law practice in the Portland metropolitan area.
