From I-5 Southbound

  • From I-5 South, take the Union Street exit (165B), stay straight and go onto Union Street. Turn right onto 1st Avenue. Turn right onto Pike Street. Follow Pike to between 3rd and 4th Avenues, and turn left into the parking garage.

From I-5 Northbound

  • From I-5 North, take the Seneca Street exit (165), and merge onto Seneca Street. Turn right onto 1st Avenue. Turn right onto Pike Street. Follow Pike to between 3rd and 4th Avenues, and turn left into the parking garage.

From 520 Westbound

  • From 520 West, take the 1-5 South exit on the left. Merge onto I-5 South. Take the Union Street exit (165B), stay straight and go onto Union Street. Turn right onto 1st Avenue. Turn right onto Pike Street. Follow Pike to between 3rd and 4th Avenues, and turn left into the parking garage.

From I-90 Westbound

  • From I-90 West, turn left onto 4th Avenue South. Curve to the left onto South Jackson Street. Turn right onto 1st Avenue. Turn Right onto Pike Street. Follow Pike to between 3rd and 4th Avenues, and turn left into the parking garage.

Parking and Office Access

We offer validated parking in the Century Square parking garage. The parking garage entrance is located on Pike Street between 3rd and 4th Avenue. After passing Chipotle, turn left to enter the garage, and take a parking voucher. Park in any space except those marked “reserved.” Note: there are several two-hour parking spaces just as you enter the garage that are often available.

Please bring your parking voucher with you. We will validate when you are ready to depart. To reach our office from the parking garage, take the garage elevators to the third floor. On the third floor, you will find two sets of elevators. Take either set of elevators to the 17th floor, where you will find our reception area.

Seattle Accommodations

We are located in the downtown shopping district just a short distance from Pike Place Market. Anything you may need when visiting our downtown office is just a short walk away.

Century Square: There is a Starbucks and food court on the first floor of our building. Next door, you’ll find one of our favorite lunch spots, the Yard House.

Hotels: There are many hotels within blocks of our downtown Seattle office, including:

Childcare: Drop-in childcare is offered nearby our office. Call in advance for further information and to ensure a spot is available for your child.

Pet care: Pet day care is available downtown. Call in advance to inquire about dog care center health and meet and greet requirements.

Seattle Divorce FAQs

What can I expect when I come in for a meeting?

You will be greeted by a representative at the front desk, who will help you be seated in a private conference room where our Client Care Coordinator, Yonga, will meet with you. Yonga will review the details of your case and provide you with information about our firm and your the attorney you will meet. You will then be introduced to your attorney and spend approximately one hour reviewing your case. He or she will help you identify your issues and goals, and will make recommendations for an appropriate action plan.

How long does a divorce take in Seattle?

Seattle area divorces are processed through the King County Courthouse in downtown Seattle. The length of time before a divorce is finalized varies greatly. At the very minimum, there is a 90-day waiting period in Washington that starts on the date the petition requesting a divorce is filed and served. A divorce can be finalized at the conclusion of that 90 day period. . Most divorces take longer to process, depending on the complexity of the case and how quickly the parties can reach agreement. Most divorces take between four to eighteen months to be resolved. Your attorney can give you an idea of how long your particular divorce case might take. How much does it cost to hire a Seattle family law attorney?

Most Seattle attorneys charge a per-hour rate which is billed in fractions of an hour. When retaining an attorney, you typically pay an advance fee deposit (commonly known as a "retainer"), which is deposited into a trust account. Attorney fees are then drawn from the retainer as your case continues and fees and costs are incurred. Do I need to be a resident to obtain a divorce in Seattle?

You should file for divorce in the county in Washington where you (or your spouse) currently live. To get a divorce in Washington, at least one spouse needs to be a resident of Washington State or a member of the armed forces stationed in Washington State.
