Meet Our New Partners

Faye BreitReedFaye BreitReed, Vancouver

Faye is a trusted advocate in complex family law matters, known for her calm demeanor and strategic thinking in high-conflict situations. She is skilled in both litigation and thoughtful resolution outside of court, particularly in cases involving financial and tax complexities. Faye’s leadership extends to her tenure as Vice President of the Clark County Bar Association’s family law section and as a volunteer attorney with Second Saturday Divorce Seminars for Women. She has been recognized on Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® (2022–2026) and as a Washington Rising Star® (2026).

Elizabeth Hoffman-Graff

Elizabeth Hoffman-Graff, Kirkland

Liz is a meticulous, strategic attorney who guides clients through complex, emotionally charged family law cases with clarity and confidence. She excels at helping clients feel informed and empowered while navigating matters involving children and significant legal complexity. A leader within the firm since joining McKinley Irvin in 2012, Liz is also a recognized authority in family law, including authorship of the chapter on Discovery in Family Law Litigation in the Washington Family Law Deskbook. Her work has earned consistent recognition by The Best Lawyers in America® (2025–2026) and Washington Super Lawyers® (2023–2025).

Jane Malico

Jane Malico, Kirkland

Jane is a skilled trial attorney known for her pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach to high-conflict custody and complex property division cases. She balances strong courtroom advocacy with a focus on thoughtful resolutions outside litigation. Jane’s professional and volunteer work includes serving as a pro bono adjunct professor at Seattle University School of Law and volunteering with Family Law CASA and the Eastside Legal Assistance Program. She has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® (2024–2026) and Washington Super Lawyers® (2024–2025).
