We are pleased to welcome Katherine Czubakowski to McKinley Irvin's Everett office, where she represents clients in divorce, child custody, child support, legal separation, domestic violence, and other family law matters.
Katherine is a thoughtful family law attorney who believes effective advocacy begins with listening. She works closely with clients to understand their goals and develop practical strategies that help them move forward with confidence during times of change.
"I love helping people figure out what the next stage of their life is going to be," Katherine says. "I want to help them build a plan that works for their family."
Katherine is particularly interested in complex family law matters, including parentage cases, de facto parentage, appeals, and tribal law. Her interest in tribal law began through the University of Washington Tribal Clinic, where she represented clients in Tulalip Tribal Court.
We are excited to have Katherine join our team and continue serving families throughout the Everett and Seattle area with dedication and care.
