Faye BreitReed
Faye BreitReed represents clients in all areas of family law and is particularly skilled in complex cases involving financial and tax issues. She has served in a leadership position for the Clark County Bar Association’s family law section and volunteers as an attorney for Second Saturday Divorce Seminars for Women. Faye has been recognized on Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (2022–2026) and as a Washington Rising Star (2026).
Elizabeth Hoffman-Graff
Liz Hoffman-Graff has been with McKinley Irvin since 2012 and is recognized for her work in complex family law matters, including cases involving children and high-conflict situations. She is the author of the chapter on discovery in the Washington Family Law Deskbook and has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® (2025–2026) and Washington Super Lawyers® (2023–2025).
Jane Malico
Jane Malico is a trial attorney with experience in high-conflict custody disputes and complex property division matters. She serves as a pro bono adjunct professor at Seattle University School of Law and volunteers as an attorney with Family Law CASA and the Eastside Legal Assistance Program.
