McKinley Irvin is pleased to announce that attorney Brendan J. O’Neill has joined our firm in the Everett office.
A Washington native, Brendan brings a thoughtful balance of compassion and practicality to his family law practice. He represents clients in divorce, custody, parenting plan, and child support matters. Brendan is known for his calm, solution-focused approach and for keeping clients informed and confident throughout the legal process.
Brendan first joined McKinley Irvin as a Rule 9 Legal Intern while completing his J.D. at Seattle University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and received the 2025 Dean’s Medal. During law school, he served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association, Managing Editor of the American Indian Law Journal, and participated in both the Family Law Practicum and Voting Rights Clinic.
Before becoming an attorney, Brendan worked as a paralegal, gaining hands-on experience in client communication, document drafting, and case preparation—skills that still shape his client-focused approach to advocacy.
We are thrilled to welcome Brendan to McKinley Irvin as he continues his career serving families in our community.
