Seattle, WA – March 9, 2026 – McKinley Irvin is pleased to announce that attorney Erin Patterson has joined the firm’s Seattle office and will represent clients in the greater Seattle/Tacoma area.
Patterson represents clients in divorce, parenting plan matters, and complex child custody disputes. She brings experience handling high-conflict family law cases, including matters involving domestic violence, CPS issues, and contested parenting disputes.
Patterson earned her law degree from California Western School of Law and is admitted to practice in Washington and California.
In addition to family law, Patterson also practiced civil litigation, where she developed trial and case strategy experience and mentored attorneys while helping build a litigation practice. She later returned to family law practice.
