EVERETT, WA – October 13, 2025 – McKinley Irvin, the Pacific Northwest’s premier family law firm, has announced that Brendan J. O’Neill has joined the firm as an attorney in its Everett office. O’Neill represents clients in divorce, custody, parenting plan, and child support matters.
Before joining McKinley Irvin as an attorney, O’Neill served as a Rule 9 Legal Intern with the firm. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law, where he also received the Dean’s Medal. During law school, O’Neill served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association, Managing Editor of the American Indian Law Journal, and participated in the Family Law Practicum and Voting Rights Clinic.
