Morgan Madison is a compassionate and skillful family law attorney who guides clients through divorce, child custody disputes, and other family law matters with clarity, empathy, and strength. With a master’s degree in tax accounting and extensive trial experience, she provides both financial insight and courtroom advocacy, a combination that serves clients especially well in complex and high-stakes cases. Morgan understands that family law matters are not only legally significant but also deeply personal, and she is committed to helping clients find stability and confidence as they move forward.
“Family law is a little like being an ER doctor,” Morgan explains. “You meet people at a critical moment. But unlike an ER visit, you stay with them through the long stretch that follows, and you carry their story with you as you help them move forward.”
Known for being both empathetic and tenacious, Morgan is often described by clients as a steady guide, a strong advocate, and someone who truly listens. She invests deeply in each case, carrying her clients’ concerns with her until their matter is resolved.
She is especially passionate about child custody matters, recognizing that outcomes affect not only a child’s well-being but also future generations. “I believe children should remain at the center of every custody matter. Protecting their stability and future is always the most important goal.” While Morgan works hard to resolve disputes outside the courtroom when possible, she is also a determined litigator with significant trial experience.
“People come in uncertain and overwhelmed. To see them leave healthier, happier, and ready for the future is the most rewarding part of my work.”
Morgan serves families throughout Pierce, Kitsap, and King Counties. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering for Gonzaga basketball, spending time on Puget Sound, and cooking and baking. She is also teaching herself embroidery, though she admits her progress is slow.
