Automated Systems and Research Tools

MI uses the latest in advanced office and communications technology. All of our personnel are proficient in the use of our systems. Our systems include a secured wide area computer network linking our offices to one another via terminal server, and linking our attorneys to our servers remotely. All workstations use the latest Microsoft operating systems and Windows based applications for word processing, document management, e-mail, database management, billing, calendaring, case scheduling, and Internet access.

MI's data servers are backed up nightly, with back-up media stored off site. The majority of our research tools are in electronic format and accessible on-line. Using electronic research resources and communications tools allows us to work more quickly and efficiently.

Our VOIP phone system links our offices and enables us to connect clients to attorneys and staff quickly and easily.

We communicate regularly with our clients via the Internet, which allows us to work with a great deal of flexibility, accessibility, and responsiveness.
