Jennifer Payseno, a partner of the firm, is uniquely capable and effective in her ability to handle complex family law matters. Jennifer joined McKinley Irvin in 1999. She is well-respected throughout the family law community for her integrity, courtroom skills, and her commitment to her clients. An intense client advocate, Jennifer chose family law because it enables her to make a meaningful difference in her clients’ lives. Working closely with her clients throughout the legal process, she prides herself on her ability to help her clients through difficult times, when the stakes are often high. “Sometimes we go to court, sometimes we don’t,” Jennifer says, “it depends on the individual case. What never changes is that we are always ready to go to court. I leave no stone unturned when representing vital interests, and I believe in negotiating from a position of strength.” To Jennifer, one of the most appealing aspects of family law is the variety it offers. “Every case is different," says Jennifer, "On any given day I could be dealing with business interests, real estate investments, stock options, parenting plans, and tax issues.
