Originally from Suffolk, Virginia, Haley earned her law degree from Regent University School of Law, where she was recognized with several academic honors. Outside of her practice, she enjoys exploring the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest, hiking local trails, and singing—a lifelong passion that began in church choirs and continued with a cappella groups in college.
