The less tangible aspects will be someone like this...

  • Energetic, professional appearance, easily works with others or alone, confident, objective, and not afraid to share an opinion.
  • Very mentally and emotionally flexible to handle changes in projects, fast-paced collaboration and idea generation, and shifts in priority. Willing to be available at non-standard U.S. work hours at times due to international travel.
  • Very independent with regard to moving a project forward without constant guidance and good at asking the right questions to ensure timely project completion.
